Rosacea Treatments:

Tips for treating rosacea.

With rosacea, I strongly recommend an antioxidant & a sunscreen for prevention & protection.
Also go for products that contain plenty of anti-inflammatories, antioxidants and barrier-protecting ingredients.

1/CLEANSE
Medik8 Red Alert cleanser or a gentle cleanser.
If you suffer with rosacea and breakouts, go for a gentle exfoliating cleanser like Neostrata clarifying cleanser.

2/PREVENT/antioxidant – Medik8 C E OR Skinceuticals Serum 10% AOX or an antioxidant for sensitive skin types.

3/ TREAT – Skinceuticals Redness Neutralizeror ZENMED - Support Serumor

4/Hydrate –
