Orders placed before 15.45 pm (GMT) are despatched the same day.
Royal Mail Tracked 48* (2 to 5 business days) = FREE for orders over £25, or £3.95 for orders under £25.
(*Some smaller items may be sent untracked on the Royal Mail Large Letter Service.)
Royal Mail Tracked 24 Express (1 to 3 business days) = £4.95.
This is NOT a Guaranteed Next Day service. Although most orders should arrive the next day, Royal Mail may occasionally take longer to deliver.

International Delivery - outside of the UK
(Dermacare is based in the UK and all orders are despatched from our UK warehouse)
International orders are shipped using the Royal Mail International Tracked Service, and then delivered via your domestic postal service.
The parcel can be tracked further on your domestic postal service website using the tracking link provided in your shipment confirmation email.
Please include your telephone number in the address details at checkout for the courier, or the parcel may not be delivered.

Republic of Ireland - Charge £8.95 = Delivery time 3 - 5 business days
Zone 1 - Charge £9.95 = Delivery time 3 - 5 business days
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, and Switzerland.
Zone 2 - Charge £11.95 = Delivery time 3 - 7 business days
Albania, Andorra, Australia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Israel, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Malta, Monaco, New Zealand, Norway, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ukraine.
Zone 3 - Charge £14.95 = Delivery time 3 - 7 business days
Rest of the World = Countries that are not in zones 1, 2, or 4 including Canada, Gibraltar, Japan, and the USA
Zone 4 - Charge £19.95 = Delivery time 5 - 14 business days

International deliveries typically take from 3-10 business days but can take up to 14 business days depending on the country.

Please note:
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank holidays will be dispatched the following business day (subject to stock availability). Orders placed over the Christmas and New Year period may take longer to be delivered.
Shipments to certain countries may be subject to import taxes, duties, and/or customs fees. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Please be prepared to pay these fees when your package is delivered.
If you refuse to pay the customs duty, your parcel will be returned to Dermacare Direct.
Your refund will be processed once the parcel has been received by Dermacare Direct. The delivery costs incurred when your order was shipped will be deducted from the refund amount (£7.95 to £19.95 for international deliveries).
Undelivered Packages.
Undelivered packages due to an incorrect address, refused delivery or failure to accept/claim from the local post office/depot will incur a re-delivery charge or will be refunded minus any delivery and fulfilment costs that Dermacare Direct incurred in sending the order (£5.00 for UK delivery, and up to £24.95 for international deliveries).
Customers in Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and UAE must include their telephone number, and all required local delivery information such as postal boxes and postcodes, or the parcel may not be delivered. Shipping charges will be kept when a parcel is returned back to Dermacare due to a missing telephone number or other required delivery information.
