Shipping Information

Delivery van or truck

We offer FREE TRACKED delivery to all of our UK customers*, including Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands using the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service (no signature required). Most orders will be delivered within 2 working days (but can take up to 5 working days from the date of order). You can provide a different shipping address to your billing address during the 'Checkout' process or by changing it in 'My Account'.

Please use the tracking link provided in your shipment email to follow the progress of your order.

*Exclusions may apply - certain orders may be sent untracked on the Royal Mail Large Letter Service.

We are unable to offer 'Express 24 Hour Delivery' at the moment because Royal Mail cannot guarantee delivery times currently.

We are trying hard to process all orders safely and on time, but cannot guarantee they will be despatched the same day so may take longer to arrive than usual. Please bear with us during this current crisis.


For Worldwide Orders (outside of the UK)

There are significant delays to a number of countries right now due to a lack of available transport links and suspension of certain country’s postal operations during the Coronavirus crisis.

We ship worldwide and prices vary depending on the zone of your country. All orders shipped internationally are sent using the Royal Mail International Tracked and / or Signed service. Please use the tracking link provided in the shipment email to follow the progress of your order.

Republic of Ireland - Charged at £6.95

Zone 1 - Charged at £7.95

Worldwide orders can take from 3-15 working days to be delivered, depending on the country and location that the order is being dispatched to.   

Please note:

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and/or customs fees. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs incurred. These fees are specific to the destination country. Therefore, we do not know what the amount will be. The shipping and handling fee applied at checkout does NOT cover any duties, taxes or brokerage fees. Please be prepared to pay these fees when your package is delivered. If the package is refused or returned to us, all customs charges or fees will be charged back to you.

We accept no liability for inaccurate delivery addresses. Addresses entered incorrectly, resulting in lost or undelivered packages will result in additional costs. Please ensure the address is accurate before confirming your order.  In the case of a parcel being returned due to an incorrect delivery address being provided or the customer not collecting from their postal office/depot, a re-delivery cost will be charged. The costs for this are as follows: £3 for UK delivery and relevent shipping costs for delivery zone. 


Further Delivery Information

Orders are dispatched following the successful processing of your payment. This process which ensures your safety and ours against Credit Card fraud, can take up to 24hrs after you have placed your order, but we will send you an email immediately notifying you that your order has been shipped. 

Unfortunately we cannot provide a specific delivery time. We would also like to add that any orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will not be shipped until the following week. Delivery is normally within 2-4 working days (usually much quicker), but allow upto 7 days before contacting us (21 Days for Worldwide Shipping). Please make allowances for orders made over the weekend, bank holidays and holiday periods. If there is a delay in processing your order we will inform you by email. 

If no-one is in at your given shipping address, Royal Mail will leave a note with full details on how to arrange re-delivery, collection from your local Post Office or collection from your local Sorting Office.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank holidays will be dispatched on the following working day (subject to stock availability). During the Christmas and New Year period it may take longer to dispatch your order so please contact us if it's urgent.
