Menopause & Skincare: How To Care For Your Skin During Menopause

How does menopause affect your skin? You may be experiencing 'typical' menopausal symptoms such as night sweats, facial hair, hot flushes, sensitive skin, thinning hair, or sleep disturbances however, the most obvious is often seen on our faces.
