We are delighted to be able now to offer you the new SKINCEUTICALS AOX+ EYE GEL. This product has been long-anticipated and regularly asked for.
Tracey at Skinbrands said that the SkinCeuticals Eye Gel AOX is flying out of the door!

My winter skin essentials



With the winter months looming in the distance, your skin needs extra TLC in the cold weather. While you can pile on the moisturisers, sometimes it's still not enough.
Hoist your hydration with either Skinceuticals Hydrating B5 gel, Skinmedica Hydrating Complex or Medik8 Hydr8™ B5 Skin Rehydration under your regular moisturiser.
These will help by replenishing your skin's moisture reservoir to maintain firmness and elasticity.



If your skin is starting to display signs of winter exposure, use Skinceuticals hydrating B5 masque once or twice a week - it’s a great intensive nourishing moisture treatment mask.



Don’t say goodbye to your sunscreen just because summer is over. Everyone should use sunscreen in the winter for the simple reason that the sun shines all year long! It doesn’t matter if the temperature is colder or there are more cloudy days. The fact is the sun’s ultraviolet rays bombard the earth throughout the year and can penetrate many cloud covers. That means the skin is continually exposed to the sun’s rays. So apply your sunscreen daily & all year round!



However, sunscreens don’t protect you from the damaging effects of free radicals. Free radicals are natural by-products that can be triggered by pollutants, sunlight, stress, smoking and excessive alcohol consumption. By applying an antioxidant (Topical Vitamin-C) daily, skin clarity will visibly improve over time, along with tone and texture, and the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles will be minimised, leaving skin with a firmer, smoother, younger-looking appearance. It also helps to neutralise free radicals that break down collagen, accelerate ageing and even contribute to skin cancer.



Exfoliation will buff away the dead cells that might otherwise dull our complexion and suck up all the moisturiser you're going to apply! You can do this by using products containing Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA’s) regularly & performing home microdermabrasion treatments once a week.
