Dual Action Redness Relief – Review by Kate

I was recently given PCA Dual Action Redness Relief to try, with claims of it being the first of its kind & being your one-step solution to redness and sensitivity I was keen to try it!

It contains Niacinamide which helps reduce water loss and improves barrier function as well as reducing redness. Along with Inflacin for redness and Dimethyl sulfone and silymarin which works together to reduce redness, improve hydration and soothe.

I have to start with the texture of it, as it's just beautiful!  It has a light, silky,  primer texture to it which glides on comforting the skin.

It has an instant soothing effect on the skin. However, unlike most redness products it then continues to calm through its time-released OmniSome delivery system, giving it a 10-hour time release. 

Triggers such as alcohol, spicy foods, stress, weather & sun exposure can really trigger the redness & irritate your skin. So this is where it gets its to name dual action because as well as calming ingredients it has Ceramide NP, thus supports the skin’s protective layer and protects against moisture loss.
