Sun

QUESTION: Am I supposed to wear sunscreen everyday even if it’s not sunny?

ANSWER:
Yes you need to be wearing sunscreen all year round
The sun may be lower in the sky in the winter, and the days may be shorter, but the damaging rays are still there.
Whether you spend time outdoors or not, the sun can find you! On your way to work in the car, through the windows at work, all the little exposures can really add up.

Without protection over the years can cause noticeable changes to the skin. Freckles, age spots, spider veins/redness on the face, rough and leathery skin, fine lines and wrinkles, blemishes and not forgetting skin cancer can all be traced to sun exposure.
