Here's one for you men!

Truthfully, this is not my own review but my husband's

Medik8 Pore Cleanse  Gel is not just a cleanser for pores, but apparently a great shaving product.

By adding a bit of water and working it up to a foamy consistency, it makes an ideal shaving product.

Especially so as it contains salicylic acid, lactic acid & mandelic acid to prevent ingrown hairs that most men suffer from.

My husband can be very fussy when it comes to shaving products - not foaming enough, the consistency is wrong, causes irritation, etc.!



What did it do?

It softened my bristles and provided a lovely lubricating effect so the razor just glided over the skin. The bristles were shaved off very easily without any discomfort.

What did your skin feel like afterwards?

My skin felt very smooth with no cuts. I normally get lots of little nicks/cuts if the shave gel does not suit me.

What do you like about it?

It was silky smooth, not sticky at all and felt very soothing even after washing it off. My face felt very clean afterwards.



This cleanser makes a great shaving product and is also a great cleanser for both men & women.

I think this has made it into my husband's bathroom cabinet for sure!
