I was super excited to try this product. Knowing the multitude of active ingredients in this, I had high hopes from the start. I found the Regeneration Booster a wonderful addition to my current routine and am really pleased with the results I have achieved from using it just for a couple of months. I was particularly excited to use this due to the amount of peptides, antioxidants and growth factors within this product, especially as my skin is occasionally sensitive and I like to use anti-ageing products however retinol is usually not an option for me.

The booster is so easy to incorporate into your routine. It is the first product to use after cleansing the skin and then after it has absorbed you can follow with your other products. I used one pump each morning and evening and gently massaged this into my face, neck and décolletage. I was cautious to not be over generous upon application as I wanted the product to last as long as possible.  

The consistency is a thin serum-like creamy texture that is very easily absorbed into the skin. There is no particular scent or high fragrance, which I do like as I am not a huge fan of highly scented products. I did not feel any irritation or issues when using this product. I felt it added a lovely base to my additional skincare products.

After using the Jan Marini Regeneration Booster for 2 months I have found that my skin health is far superior to what is originally was. The skin around my eyes and neck is particularly better quality. The area around my eyes and mouth is less delicate and brighter and my overall skin feels ‘fuller’. I had some breakouts along my jaw line recently and I can see that the errythema that lingers after a blemish is less visible and has recovered quicker since using the booster.

My skin is usually sensitive and can be quite dry in places; I feel that the booster is a great addition to my skincare regime as an alternative to a retinol product that my skin just can’t handle. I feel that if you are looking for an alternative retinol product for anti-ageing and wanting a more restored and healthier skin quality this is the one I would go for. The price point is a slightly higher budget, however the results are superior with no irritation or phased application. The sheer amount of active ingredients in the Regeneration Booster makes this product stand out as a staple in any skincare regimen. Worth the higher price as this could be used as a standalone product or a great addition to an established routine.
Overall I would highly recommend the Jan Marini Regeneration Booster for optimum results in skin quality and long term anti-ageing.
