Eminence Organic Stone Crop Whip Moisturiser

Stone crop is a natural succulent that’s been used for centuries as a first-aid plant. As a key part of this effective moisturiser, it heals, reduces the appearance of irritation and gently clarifies the skin’s appearance.

Review:

I was looking forward to using an Eminence Organic product as I knew they always have a lovely and potent scent and luxurious texture. This moisturiser did not disappoint. I used this twice per day and then began to generally use it in my evening routine as this ended up suiting me better.

The texture is very thick and rich as I expected. I was impressed with the amount in the pot and feel like the product would last a long time as you don’t need a lot of product to cover. When I used this in my morning routine I did add a small amount of water for a lighter-weight application because I used a separate SPF over the top, I felt that a lighter texture suited better. In the evening however I preferred the richness and ‘whip’ consistency to give my skin some much needed hydration and treatment.

I felt that my skin liked this product; I have extremely sensitive skin so always have to patch text products before using them I did not experience much irritation or sensitive sensation. I did find that when I emulsified it with water I found that it absorbed better into my skin. It helped with my areas of sensitivity and kept my skin very hydrated. I can occasionally get breakouts around my jaw/chin and since using this I haven’t had any breakout to note so it has also helped to keep my skin quite clear.

Overall I feel there are a multitude of benefits to this moisturiser. Daytime or night time application is super beneficial and the versatility of the consistency really blended into my skincare routine well. If you have easily irritated, dehydrated or mature/pigmented skin this will most definitely be a good moisturiser for your skincare routine.
