Our latest scar cream features the same ingredients as the original Skinuva Scar, enhanced with non-nano Zinc Oxide, which provides broad spectrum SPF 30 protection and aids in improving the appearance of scars exposed to sunlight.
Skinuva Scar+ SPF is specially designed for sun-exposed areas like the face, neck, and hands, aiming to reduce the darkening effects of sun exposure and assist in diminishing redness and hyperpigmentation.
Skinuva Scar+ SPF is effective in preventing sunburn on scars that are exposed to sunlight. When used as directed alongside other sun protection methods, Skinuva Scar+ SPF lowers the risk of skin cancer and premature skin aging due to sun exposure.

Directions:
It is recommended to use Skinuva® Scar 2-3 weeks post procedure or when the incision site has closed. For optimal results, Skinuva® Scar should be used twice a day for 3-6 months. It may be used longer for more mature scars.
Skinuva Scar works best on younger scars. Scars usually mature by one year, so the sooner the cream can be applied, more likely patients will see results.
Skinuva Scar should be applied 2xa day for a minimum of 3 months but can be used up to a year. Sunscreen may be used over it.
