If your skin reacts easily to anything you put on it or by the environment, then the chances are you have sensitive skin. People with this skin type are particularly affected by extreme weather conditions, so it is important to apply a high strength sun screen daily. If you have sensitive skin it is imperative that you cleanse your face twice a day to remove grime and dirt that can cause irritation. Use make up that is oil and fragrance free, non - comedogenic and water based.
