Blemish Control Hydro-Matrix contains the powerful duo Sodium PCA and Hyaluronic Acid, replenishing moisture loss for serious hydration throughout the day. The medical-grade ingredients combine in Hydro-Matrix to make for a powerful blend to hydrate and heal.
