I must admit I don't tend to invest in high-end shampoos or conditioners, simply due to over the years, I've found my high-street options to all of been very much the same regardless of the price. Generally, I would just opt for quite a standard, paraben and sulphate free shampoo and a conditioner designed for frizzy hair. I've sought advice from my hairdresser in the past who had recommended some good leave-in conditioners and oils to use and I always felt these helped but could never understand why I couldn't achieve that fresh, straight out from the hairdresser's hair feeling! 

Upon receiving the bottles initially I thought due to the size of them they're not going to last long, but it's surprising how little you need! My first use of No.3 Bond Maintenance Shampoo, I applied what I thought to be a normal amount of shampoo - I quickly discovered this was far too much! As I always shampoo twice, after rinsing the endless amount of foam I then only used a very small amount and the shampoo just worked into a really nice lather.  I then followed with the No.5 conditioner and ran it through my hair really focusing it mid-length and down to the ends for a few minutes before rinsing. I've just always took the approach of "more is more" so I had to really change my way of thinking and compare it to how I am with my skincare - a little goes a long way! 

My hair has always been thick, dry and frizz-prone but since using Olaplex's Shampoo & Conditioner I've noticed less frizz, fewer breakages and split ends. After drying, my hair just feels a lot healthier, hydrated and strengthened making it so much shinier too! This review came at a perfect time for me because this year I've had barely any trips to my hairdresser due to the lockdown, so I'm very pleased to have found something to give me those salon-like results from home.

After seeing what Olaplex's No.3 Shampoo & No.4 Conditioner can do, I'm now really keen to try more of there range...
