Atopiclair Range - Calms, Restores and Protects your skin

Atopiclair is a new, non-steroidal cream that is designed to relieve the symptoms and signs of eczema (atopic dermatitis) and allergic dermatitis (contact dermatitis) and psoriasis.

Size: 100ml

People with eczema have a weakened skin barrier that makes their skin easily irritated, itchy, and prone to flare up with a red rash.

Atopiclair™ is a unique, clinically proven, non-steroidal treatment that can be used during flare and remission phases of atopic dermatitis (eczema). It is steroid-free, scent-free and paraben-free, safe even for infants* and relieves itching, burning and pain associated with the skin condition.

It prevents loss of skin moisture for up to 72 hours and offers longer lasting hydration by restoring your child’s natural skin oils, easing their discomfort and protecting your child from future flare-ups so they can have better fun. Atopiclair nonsteroidal cream helps to relieve dry, waxy skin by maintaining a moist skin environment, which is beneficial to the healing process.

Clinical trials, in adults and children, have shown that Atopiclair relieves the itch and redness associated with eczema. These studies also demonstrated that patients using Atopiclair were significantly less likely to need a steroid treatment than patients using an emollient base cream.

For the management of dry and itchy skin conditions such as eczema and dermatitis

ATOPICLAIR® can be used alone during remission phases, or in combination with dermocorticoids during inflammatory episodes.

•Apply Atopiclair to areas affected by rash and to areas that itch or show other symptoms
•Apply 2 to 3 times a day (or as needed)
•There is no restriction on how long Atopiclair can be used
•Atopiclair can be used with other topical medicines

The key ingredients in Atopiclair:
Glycyrrhetinic acid, which is derived from licorice root and has proven anti-inflammatory and anti-itch properties.
Hyaluronic acid, with powerful moisturizing properties; retains 1000 times its weight in water for a soothing, moist environment that promotes healing.
Key lipids, including shea butter, with triglycerides and polyunsaturated fatty acids that penetrate the stratum corneum to help restore barrier function.

You should carefully read all product packaging and labels prior to use

Does Atopiclair really work?
According to the European Journal of Dermatology:

A 5-week study in 30 adult patients with mild to moderate AD showed that MAS063D offered significant benefits over a vehicle-only control MAS063D improved the total body area affected (17.2% to 13.2%, p<.001), itch score (2.7 to 1.3 on a 10-point scale, p=.001) and EASI score (28.3 to 24.3, p=.024) after 22 days treatment compared to baseline. The patients’ opinion of Atopiclair (patients’ view of itch control, and view of study substance) was rated by participating patients as significantly better than control (p=.008, p=.042, respectively). Based on these preliminary results in a small scale study, it is suggested that Atopiclair is a possible new treatment option for improving signs and symptoms in adults with mild to moderate AD. (3) No peer-reviewed American studies have been published yet on Atopiclair. Atopiclair has no medically active ingredients–it was approved as a “medical device,” not a medication. Its ultimate utility has yet to be established. However, as large molecules such as those contained in Atopiclair can complex with large amounts of water, it should be able to effectively moisturize the skin or at the very least act as a medical wet dressing

Like most eczema creams you may experience a burning feeling after applying the cream to broken sensitive and weepy skin. It is is the product drawing the blood to the surface to commence the healing process and its just the nerve endings being sensitive.

What is Atopiclair™’s safety profile?
All raw materials used in the formulation of Atopiclair™ can be found on the GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe) list as approved by the American Food and Drug Administration. This means that the ingredients are widely used in pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries and are well-accepted to be safe for human health and external use.

Does Atopiclair™ contain potentially allergenic substances?
Atopiclair™ does not contain the following allergenic substances which may potentially trigger adverse skin reactions: derivatives of animal origin (lanolin, beeswax and animal fat), milk derivates, fragrances and parabens.

Atopiclair™ contains Shea butter (B.parkii) which helps to moisturise and repair the skin. As a word of precaution, patients with a known allergy to this and/or known history of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients should consult their doctor before using this product.

Does Atopiclair™ contain parabens?
No, Atopiclair™ is paraben-free, which makes it less likely to cause skin irritations.

How does Atopiclair™ work?
Atopiclair™ manages the symptoms of mild to moderate atopic dermatitis (eczema) with a multi-factorial approach incorporating the following key ingredients:
•Calm: Glycyrrhetinic acid soothes common symptoms of eczema such as itching, burning, redness and pain.
•Repair: Powerful moisturising components like hyaluronic acid and shea butter restores the skin barrier with hydration and key physiologic lipids.
•Protect: Anti-oxidants such as Vitis vinifera, Telmesteine and vitamin C & E protect the skin against future flares.

Is Atopiclair™ just another emollient?
No. Atopiclair™ is a unique, non-steroidal flare-remission treatment for atopic dermatitis (eczema). It helps patients break free from the vicious itch-scratch cycle without the need for steroids and nourishes the skin with powerful hydration, anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties.

Can Atopiclair™ be used on normal healthy skin?
Yes. Atopiclair™ is safe and effective for long-term use. Moreover, maintaining healthy skin is one of the primary goals in managing eczema. Therefore, Atopiclair™ is an effective maintenance therapy for eczema-prone skin even during remission

Purchased this product for my baby, and it's actually my second purchase already. It helped improve baby eczema a lot by stabilizing the condition when experiencing a breakout. There isn't any strong or foul smell from it at all. Couple with the use of lotion on regular basis, I can honestly say this cream is very effective!

Excellent product, fantastic delivery would def use your company again

I can’t live without this product. I use it for under breast rash and itch. Not the purpose, but this is only thing I’ve found that works. Using it for 20 years!

Struggle with Eczema around my eyes but hated using Steroid Cream. This is outstanding. As good, if not better than, the Steroid Cream. Recommended

Atopiclair has certainly helped my facial skin hold back the onslaught from seb dermatitis, not greasy at all and dry's very quickly after application. Use it twice a day and will do so in the future, every so often sufferers do get a flare-up from this frustrating skin condition but Atopiclair sorts it out within a couple of days. An excellent product and would reccommend very highly.

72 1/2 years of atopic dermatitis. Atopiclair is the only thing that has ever worked long term. I would love to use it again if only it would arrive. It has been about a month since it was ordered - did it fall into the Atlantic?

Hi, Sorry it has landed on my desk! It was returned to us because the address was unknown. I will email you privately to sort it. Thanks Julie

I noticed less eczema after 2 weeks used it. Really good value of money.

The product is helping me thank you

Very good

Slow to take effect but did help relieve my eczema.

Very soothing, unfortunately doesn't work to replace steroid cream, but lengthens the time between needing steroid cream.

Great stuff

I used it for my 2yr old baby on his eczema. It was seen to be effective and I would recommend to people for use on babies with serious eczema.

I feel much safer using a non steroid cream and this fits the bill, without any of the thinning of skin.

I use the product on my face where I suffer both psoriasis and eczema so have severed dryness and redness.. The cream takes away the dryness and reduces the redness significantly. The only downside is occasionally it stings but it's usually ok.

i use it for my hand and elbows, it has ceartainly eased the problem for me

Bought this for my friend.

Amazing product healing the area within 1 week and I've had it for over 12 years, no other creams have worked including doctors. Would recommend to anyone
