TIPS :

-Protect your skin from the elements. This means making sure you use a high factor sunscreen.
Apply SPF 30 sunscreen or above daily and all year round, not just in the summer to help minimise future sun damage and premature ageing. You could use a daily moisturiser which contains SPF, it offers all that the skin needs from sun protection to effective hydration

-Apply an antioxidant serum after cleansing or use a moisturiser with added antioxidants. When skin is exposed to environmental pollution, it can increase the presence of free radicals which accelerate ageing. Antioxidants can fight these free radicals and prevent premature ageing.

- Remove all the make-up with a good skin cleanser, before you go to sleep. Use a gentle cleanser instead of soap, as soap causes premature ageing, skin irritations and allergic reactions.
Exfoliating the skin daily helps to remove those layers of old dead skin, minimize your pores and makes your face look new, fresh and radiant.

- Lack of moisture and water, makes your skin look dull and flaky.
Don’t forget to hydrate from inside too.
Drink at least 6-8 glasses of water every day.
