Andrea’s Travelling Tips For Surviving A Long Haul Flight

6th August, 2018

Long haul flights will probably leave you dehydrated, tired and a little worse for wear, so here are my in-flight skin care essentials..

I would advise strongly to avoid wearing make-up during your flight or to remove your make-up during take-off and re-apply just before landing.

Or if you really cannot go without make-up, use Oxygenetix foundation as it contains a super-charged oxygen complex.

I would recommend using TEOXANE RHA Micellar solution to remove your make-up.

During your flight your skin will get little oxygen, so keep your skin hydrated by wearing a sheet face or eye mask.

One of my favorite eye masks is the Hydropeptide Polypeptide Collagel+ Eye Mask.

Alternatively if you don’t fancy sitting on the plane with a mask on, apply a thick layer of Oxygenetix Hydro-Matrix to top up your oxygen levels.

To avoid your skin drying out during the flight, make sure you apply a thick layer of a rich hydrating moisturiser or oil.

I suggest SkinCeuticals Triple Lipid if you like a cream or Medik8 Glow Oil if you prefer an oil.

Don’t forget your lips when it comes to hydration & moisturising. A popular one is the Jan Marini Hyla3D Lip.

Lastly but no means least, drink plenty of water and avoid coffee or alcohol. You could top up your hydration levels by taking Rejuvenated H30 Hydration sachets to really plump your skin.
