Kate's Review

Tint Du Soleil whipped foundation gives coverage, skincare benefits and sun protection in one... whats not to love!

I have been using the Colorescience Total Eye for some time now which is an absolute must have in my make up bag, so with this also offering the benefits of being a 3-in-1, I had to give it a try.

It offers a range of colours in light, medium, tan and deep to suit all skin tones.  It's always really difficult to get the correct shade so to find mine I used a great site called findation.com to get a colour match, by using my Oxygenetix Foundation shade as a reference my result said I'd be Medium and its spot on for my skin tone.

Now what sets this apart from the rest is its texture - it's unlike anything I've used before! It's whipped formula provides an air-soft, perfect matte finish coverage, with a weightless feel. The coverage is medium to full, doesn't go cakey or clog pores and simply leaves you with a really nice natural coverage. Normally I would look for more of a dewy finish but they tend to disappear throughout the day, whereas this hasn't been drying at all and the colour has been lasting me all day!

I love the packaging it comes in to, its a really convenient tube with a pump. It's super easy to dispense just the amount needed, which is one pump to cover my full face for me. It's also easy to feel how much product I have left so I'll be able to squeeze every bit out, which isn't possible with many frustrating packaging designs out there.

What's also so good about this is that it's formulated with anti-oxidants and peptides so it's actually working to help improve the appearance of the skin tone.  The reason I don't find the matte finish drying is because its packed with multi-vitamins, ceramides and milk lipids to keep the skin hydrated. It then uses titanium dioxide & zinc oxide to physically protect the skin from UVA/UVB making it ideal for sensitive and Rosacea skin like myself.

So in summary I can't find anything to fault, it makes for a fantastic foundation that's good for the skin with an SPF 30.
