Directions:

Suitable for normal to dry skin types, especially mature and sun damaged skin

Apply sparingly to face at night after cleansing
Allow to dry before applying bioglycolic product or moisturiser.
When using Retinol products it is important to apply sunscreen daily spf 20 or above, even on cloudy days.

Do not use if pregnant

It is important to allow the skin to acclimate to Retinol products. Start by applying at night only twice during the first week.(leaving 3 days between application). Then in week two increase to applying it every other night.  Week three apply it every night. Until week three wait 15 minutes after cleansing before applying.
It is normal to experence some temporary redness and mild flaking with retinol products, reduce frequency of use until the skin acclimates. If irritation persist, discontinue use.
