The Kit contains:
Resurfacing Tool
Crystal Microdermabrasion Creme 75g (60-day supply)
2 Sponge Applicator
2 AA Batteries

Directions:
Suitable for all skin types
Clean face, rinse, pat dry
1. Simply snap a sponge Applicator onto the Tool. Dip the Applicator into the Crystal Microdermabrasion Creme and dot creme onto clean skin (forehead, cheeks, chin, nose).
2. The i-skin Resurfacing Tool has 2 speeds (high and low). High is for normal skin, low is recommended for sensitive. Adjust the speed to your desired setting. Using circular motions, work tool and creme onto your skin for 2 minutes.
3. Rinse the remaining crystal residue off skin. Its that easy. Clean applicator immediately after use. Perform an i-skin treatment 2-4 times a week or as required for optimal results and continual improvement of your complexion and skin texture.
For the price of a single salon treatment (or less), you can acquire you own kit and be able to apply treatment as and when you require it and in the privacy of your own home. All you need is to replenish the creams, cleaning agents, and batteries.

I find this system not expensive and the choice of 2 speeds is just wonderful. The crystals are so fine and they are making my skin so smooth. I have used it 2 times so far and every time i just enjoy the feeling.
