After cleansing, apply a hazelnut size amount of crystal microdermabrasion cream to the i skin sponge applicator. Dot creme onto dry face using upward circles for 2-3 minutes ( sensitive skin 1-2 minutes). Rinse crystal residue from skin. Proceed with moisturiser.
